LCD Soundsystem have announced a string of headline dates in North America for this summer, expanding their previously scheduled spring dates with an additional run of 15 shows across August and September.
The tour begins on April 30 with a four-night residency at Boston’s Roadrunner, followed by appearances at BottleRock Napa Valley on May 23 and the Grand Theatre in Reno on May 24. The summer leg kicks off on August 7 at Vancouver’s Freedom Mobile Arch, with subsequent stops in Oregon, Montana, Colorado, Minnesota, California, Maine, Connecticut, and North Carolina.
Notably, the band will play two nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado on August 15 and 16, with special guest Feist joining them for those shows. Victoryland will serve as the support act across all dates of the newly announced tour.
The itinerary continues with two shows in Troutdale, Oregon on August 8 and 9 at McMenamins Edgefield Amphitheater, followed by two nights in Bonner, Montana at KettleHouse Amphitheater on August 12 and 13. After a stop in Minneapolis at The Armory on August 18 and a show in Pasadena at Just Like Heaven on August 22, the tour moves east with dates in Portland, Maine on September 9 and three consecutive nights in New Haven, Connecticut at College Street Music Hall from September 10 to 12.
The run concludes with a performance in Asheville, North Carolina at Hellbender on September 17, before the final date at Atlanta’s Shaky Knees Festival on September 20.
Ticket presales begin on Tuesday, April 28 at 10 a.m. Local time, with general onsale following on Friday, May 1 at 10 a.m. Local time via Ticketmaster. Tickets are also available through StubHub, which offers a FanProtect guarantee on all orders.
LCD Soundsystem, led by frontman James Murphy, have been active in recent months, including a 12-date residency at the Knockdown Center in Queens, New York in December, where they performed ‘Too Much Love’ for the first time in 14 years. The band previously completed residencies in both New York and Chicago.
In addition to their own tour, James Murphy has been confirmed for Harry Styles’ curated Meltdown 2026 lineup, joining artists such as Stephen Fretwell, Nilüfer Yanya, Orlando Weeks, Bar Italia, Dev Hynes, and Jon Hopkins.
The announcement follows a pattern of sustained activity for the group, who have long been anticipated to release new music while maintaining a strong live presence. Their 2024 Glastonbury performance was widely praised, with NME describing it as “Balearic bliss for a Somerset sunset.”
