Leah Remini Clarifies Friendship with Jennifer Lopez Amid Rumors
Leah Remini has addressed speculation about her friendship with Jennifer Lopez,assuring fans that their bond remains intact.the actress emphasized that despite rumors of a falling out, their friendship is still strong.
Remini told Us Weekly that she and Lopez reconnected following Lopez’s split from Ben Affleck and Remini’s own divorce from Angelo Pagán after more than 20 years of marriage. “Right after the divorce, we’d text each other loving messages of support,” Remini said.
Despite their close relationship, rumors have circulated for years suggesting a rift between the two, who showcased their chemistry in the 2018 film Second Act. Remini dismissed these claims, clarifying that their friendship simply experiences natural ebbs and flows.
“Sometimes you don’t talk too people every day like you used to, but that doesn’t mean the love is lost,” she stated. “Friendships ebb and flow. … I have many friends that I don’t talk to every day. That doesn’t mean we’re at odds — it’s just that I’m at a different place and so are they.”
While lopez has not publicly commented on her friendship with Remini, she has been busy with several high-profile projects.
