According to the report of the Ministry of Education and Training dated August 12, 2024, it published Conclusions 29 on the continued implementation of Resolution 91 of the Central Committee on Fundamental and Comprehensive Innovation in Education and Training. To implement Conclusion 91, the Chínhphủ Ministry of Education and Training has been tasked with advising the Government on the promulgation of an action plan to implement Conclusion 91.

In order to carry out the tasks assigned to it by the government, the Ministry of Education and Training works with ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and local governments to develop a draft government action plan.

Draft Program of Action identifies key challenges and solutions The Government, in accordance with Government Resolution 29 and Conclusion 91, will continue to seriously implement the perspectives, goals, challenges and solutions for radical and comprehensive innovation in education and training. , instruct ministries, agencies, and local governments to focus on implementation. Regarding the intellectual factor, the Prime Minister clearly pointed out that development must depend on education, training and innovation.

Our hope is that we need a breakthrough to bring our country’s education and training system up to the level of developed countries as soon as possible. Although we have identified development goals for 2030 and 2045, education and training goals need to be achieved sooner, as education and training is a national policy priority.

Accordingly, we will utilize internal resources as fundamental, strategic, long-term, decisive, important and breakthrough breakthroughs and external resources to promote self-reliance, self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance and national pride.

To continue to complete the draft action programthe Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Education and Training to continue to carefully consider the layout and content according to the functions and tasks of the ministries responsible for implementing the mission. Invest resources in education and ensure that the state budget spends at least 20% of total state budget expenditures on education and training.
