lebron James, the Los angeles Lakers forward, will not be a starter in the upcoming NBA All-Star Game, breaking a 21-year streak. This marks the first time as his rookie season that James has not been voted into the All-Star starting lineup.
The NBA announced the 10 All-Star starters on Monday,with James’s name absent from the initial five for each conference.
Last year,James was selected for the All-Star Game but ultimately did not play due to foot and ankle injuries,representing the first instance in his career of being chosen but unable to participate.
