Legal Battle: YouTuber Agglyri Loses Lawsuit Against Ex-Husband’s Lover

A famous YouTuber with 760,000 subscribers, Agglyri (real name Kim Min-young, 33), lost a heated legal case filed against her ex-husband’s girlfriend, car racer Seo Ju-won (33).

According to the legal community and the Chosun Ilbo on the 27th, the 3rd Gasa Division of the Daegu Family Court recently dismissed the lawsuit for damages filed by Agglyri against Seo’s boyfriend, Mr. A, and ruled that the plaintiff should also bear costs the legal case. This judgment was upheld because Agglyi’s side did not appeal.

Agglyi and Seo, who announced their relationship in 2018 and married in November of the same year, divorced in 2022. Afterwards, A-gul-ri filed a lawsuit for damages against his boyfriend, Mr. A, claiming that Seo had perform a relationship during their marriage.

At the time, Agglyi claimed that the reason for the divorce was Seo’s infidelity. However, Seo denied that he had met another woman while his family had already broken up.

In fact, Mr. Seo appeared on his YouTube channel last year and said, “It was wrong to meet a woman before filing for divorce, but infidelity or cheating are not grounds for divorce. “We got divorced because of personality differences,” she said.

Regarding the meeting between Mr Seo and Mr A, the court said, “The two people have already exchanged text messages several times discussing the details of the property division on the premise of divorce,” and “The plaintiff said in March 2022, he explained, “Through a lawyer, we sent an agreement to Mr. Seo details the specific method of dividing property on the basis of divorce.”

He continued, “Although the plaintiff and Mr. Now divorced, it is difficult to say that the common married life, which is the essence of marriage, is actually maintained, so even if Mr. an act of obstruction,” he added.

Therefore, the court said that the evidence presented by the plaintiff alone was insufficient to recognize that the marital relationship between the plaintiff and Mr Seo had broken down due to Mr A’s actions.
