Liam Gallagher has blasted the Edinburgh Council after a report surfaced describing Oasis fans as “rowdy” and likely to be heavily intoxicated. the council’s briefing documents, obtained by the Scottish Sun, raised concerns about potential disruptions to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, scheduled for August.

Gallagher took to X to express his displeasure. “To the Edinburgh council I’ve heard what you said about Oasis fans and quite frankly your attitude fucking stinks,” he wrote.He added, “I’d leave town that day if I was any of you lot.”

The Liam Gallagher-fronted band is gearing up for their first reunion show on july 4 in Cardiff. The tour includes 19 shows across the UK and Ireland, with Richard Ashcroft and cast as support acts. Seven of those shows will be at London’s Wembley Stadium.
Gallagher recently reflected on the band’s hiatus, calling the years since their 2009 split a “waste of PRECIOUS time.”
According to Bono, Noel Gallagher is reportedly impressed with how the band sounds in rehearsals. The tour will feature longtime Oasis members Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs, Gem Archer, and Andy Bell.Joey waronker, who toured with Gallagher and John Squire last year, will be on drums.
