NCSoft’s MMORPG “Lineage 2M” has chosen Magic Cannon as its Care Rush class. Class Care Rush, which is part of the class revamp, basically consists of two new skills and the revamp of existing skills.
Magic Cannon is the second original class of “Lineage 2M” and appeared in 2022. It is a long-range magic class that uses its long range to fight battles. Magic Cannon has been given two new abilities, Smog Barrage (passive) and Smog Shot (active). The Hero Level Smog Shot deals damage to up to 3 people within a certain radius and, with a certain chance, gives a debuff that reduces the damage hit to the target.
Thanks to this, when you are attacked by an enemy hit by a smog shot, there is a high chance that a failure will occur and you will not take any damage. It is an active skill with damage and debuff effects, and as an additional effect, damage increases to debuffed targets through phases 1, 2, and 3 of Blast Bomb.
The legendary level Smog Burrage strengthens the Smog Shot. In addition to increasing damage, the debuff’s application time also increases. Furthermore, it is recommended to use the two new abilities together because the damage reduction function granted to Smog Shot is extended to a large area and hits more targets.
The rest focused on renewing existing skills. First of all, Recharge Shot (active) and Chrono Circle (passive) have buff and debuff effects as well as drag and knockback shot boost effects. Additionally, the application to frozen or petrified allies has been improved, increasing its usability.
The passive abilities Hyperion Barrier and Aegis Barrier have been improved to make it easier to accumulate buffs. Aegis Barrier applies a buff to a party member within range, and the duration of the buff has also been increased. When used with Hyperion Barrier, the buff is applied to all party members within range and the duration of the buff is also increased.
Blast Bomb Phase 3 has also been revamped. In each phase, the damage dealt to the target receiving the debuff is increased. Viper (active) and Meta Viper (passive) have been changed to aim the light beam at the closest target in auto battle, making combat easier.
Meanwhile, along with the revamp of the Magic Cannon class, various content has been added. The main proficiency system has been added, and the “Stop the Destroyed Tower of Arrogance” has begun. This is a dungeon arena where characters from multiple server groups gather in one place to play.
