Lineage Logistics LLC, a major cold storage and logistics company, is reportedly considering an initial public offering that could value the company at more than $30 billion. The Lineage Logistics IPO could launch‍ as⁤ early as the first half of‍ 2024.

the Novi, Michigan-based company, ⁤led by CEO Greg Lekmhul and backed by Bay Grove Capital, boasts over 400 ‍temperature-controlled storage facilities.These facilities provide more than two billion cubic feet of capacity across North America, Europe, and Asia.By comparison, Americold Realty Trust, a major competitor in cold chain solutions, ‍operates approximately 240 facilities with about 1.5 billion cubic feet of storage.

To prepare for the potential offering,Lineage Logistics has reportedly selected Goldman Sachs Group and Morgan Stanley as lead banks. The company has raised over $13 billion to date, including $6.7 billion in equity as the start of 2020, according to PitchBook data.
