A man was arrested on the spot after threatening students with a weapon while asking for a taxi.
It turns out that he was the killer who killed two people on the same day, but he lost money due to internet gambling and took his anger out on the neighbors in a fit of rage.

In front of an elementary school in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do.
Two police cars speed by, and about 10 minutes later another one goes in the opposite direction.
There was a report of a man threatening middle school students on the street with a weapon, asking them to “catch a taxi.”
When the police who arrested a man named Kim at the scene began to investigate, another phone call came in.
A resident of a nearby flat was said to have been stabbed and seriously injured.
The suspect in this case was also Kim.
At the victim’s neighbour’s house, they argued while gambling online, and Mr Kim, enraged, revealed a weapon in the house.

“It was very noisy… If you lie down (at home), you can hear the (sound) itself. So I thought it wasn’t a big deal as usual.”
As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that Mr Kim had left the victim’s house on the 4th floor and had harmed a woman in her 70s and a man in his 60s in the same neighbourhood.
After killing two neighbors on the 13th floor, Kim returned home, changed clothes, and fled.
The root of the problem was internet gambling, which Mr Kim fell into.
He said he lost about 80 million won until recently.

“This is the statement of the suspect that he committed the crime after becoming angry with him (a man in his 60s) while playing Go-Stop with his neighbors and receiving rent from him (a man in his 60s).”
He was found to have had a conflict with a woman in her 70s who died over the issue of mobile phone usage fees borrowed for gambling.
Kim, a Chinese national, was granted permanent residency 12 years ago and was found to be living alone in a house rented in the name of Korea.
Police plan to apply for an arrest warrant as soon as the investigation is complete.
