PHILADELPHIA,PA – A routine delivery⁣ turned chaotic on a Pennsylvania highway Tuesday afternoon when a ⁤truck​ carrying lumber lost its load,sending wooden ⁣planks tumbling onto the road below.The incident, captured on video and shared widely online, caused a temporary closure of a section of Interstate​ 95 and​ sparked concerns about safety⁤ regulations for cargo transport.
