Having joined Shun Tak Holdings in 1996, Maisy Ho was responsible for several key areas of the company’s operations, including:

- The firm’s retail and merchandising wing.
- The group’s property projects located in mainland China.
Beyond her role at Shun Tak Holdings, she also served as the chairman and an executive director of Unitas Holdings Limited and was a member of the Hong Kong board.
