Idaho Man Deemed Fit to Stand Trial in Father’s Stabbing Death
Moscow, Idaho - Dylan Thompson, 35, has been found mentally fit to stand trial for the alleged stabbing death of his father in Moscow last October. Latah County Court records indicate the ruling came Monday following a mental health evaluation.
Thompson faces charges of second-degree murder and burglary stemming from the incident on North Washington Street. Authorities allege he stabbed his father inside an apartment.
His arraignment hearing is scheduled for December 16th at 2 p.m.
Idaho Man Deemed Fit for Trial in Father’s Stabbing Death
Moscow, Idaho – Dylan Thompson, 35, will proceed to trial in the alleged stabbing death of his father last fall. On Monday, Latah County Court officials received a mental health evaluation deeming Thompson fit to stand trial.
The evaluation followed Thompson’s arrest in October for the reported stabbing at an apartment on North Washington Street. He is facing charges of second-degree murder and burglary in connection wiht his father’s death.
Thompson’s arraignment hearing is set for December 16th at 2 p.m.
