Puerto Rican model and businesswoman Maripily Rivera is undergoing breast reduction surgery on the morning of October 15, 2024, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, according to Primera Hora.

“we are here from the hospital; everything is going to be fine, we are in the best hands,” Rivera stated in her Instagram Stories while receiving compression stockings. The surgery follows 16 years after undergoing breast augmentation.
The procedure is being performed by plastic surgeon Carlos Portocarrero in San juan.
