Nearly one in eight women will face breast cancer during their lifetime, according to 2025 data from the Institut national du cancer cited by Mars Wrigley France. To address this public health challenge, Mars Wrigley France announced a 20,000-euro donation to the Association Ruban Rose for 2026, marking the company’s first time as a patron of the organization.

Corporate Mobilization Across French Sites

The corporate initiative spans manufacturing facilities and administrative offices throughout the country. Mars Wrigley France is deploying the campaign across its three French production sites as well as its offices in Paris and Haguenau.

Employees are encouraged to take part in organized races associated with the awareness campaign. In the manufacturing plants, staff will wear pink daily hairnets to increase visibility for the cause.

Mars Wrigley France Hosts Conferences and Awareness Workshops

Educational programming forms a core component of the corporate campaign. The CRCDC Grand Est will host two dedicated conferences for employees on Oct. 6 and Oct. 8.

In addition to the lectures, self-examination awareness workshops will run across all company locations throughout the month. Victoria Abramova, Présidente Directrice Générale of Mars Wrigley France, stated that the corporate role does not replace medical professionals or health associations.

Our role as a company is not to replace healthcare professionals or associations that work year-round. But if our ability to mobilize can help spread an additional message, spark a conversation, or simply remind someone to take care of their health, then that matters.

Retail Points of Sale Share Health Monitoring Signs

The awareness messaging extends beyond corporate offices into retail points of sale. The campaign encourages people to observe physical changes and stay attentive to bodily signals.

Corporate leadership emphasized that these simple observational habits do not replace professional medical monitoring or standard recommended screenings. The Association Ruban Rose provides practical documentation detailing specific signs to monitor and instructions for self-examination.
