Mawar AFI Calls Out Ex-Husband for Prioritizing Vacation Over Seeing Their Children
Los Angeles, CA - Singer and actress Mawar AFI is publicly expressing her frustration with her ex-husband, Steno ricardo, for allegedly prioritizing vacations over spending time with their three children.
In a recent television appearance, AFI revealed that Ricardo has not contacted their children since August, citing a lack of funds to “redeem” them.
“my children haven’t been contacted because he says he doesn’t have the money to ‘redeem’ them,” AFI shared on the show “Pagi Pagi Ambyar.” “It’s been months, since August.”
Adding to her frustration, AFI pointed out that Ricardo recently updated his social media profile picture with a backdrop of a staycation.
“I saw he changed his profile picture to a staycation background. I’m just tired of covering for him,” she said.
AFI revealed that her children frequently ask about their father and that she has resorted to telling them he is working overseas as a migrant worker.
“When they ask why their dad doesn’t pick them up, I tell them he’s working abroad so they don’t feel bad,” she explained.
Despite the situation, AFI emphasized that she has never demanded child support from Ricardo and has always welcomed him to visit their children.
“I’ve never demanded anything for the children. I’ve never stopped him from visiting or picking them up, regardless of whether he provides financial support,” she stated.
AFI even recounted a time when she asked Ricardo to attend their children’s report card pickup,only to be told he was too busy working.
“I asked him to come for just an hour to pick up their report cards, and he said he had to work,” she concluded.
