An unexpected incident occurred with the mayor of Sabanalarga, in Colombia, Jorge Elías Chams, during a speech at a school. In the middle of his speech, the president suffered an accident with his pants, which generated laughter and applause among those present.
As seen in a video broadcast by Colombian radio La FM, Chams was at the lectern offering his speech when, from one moment to the next, his pants fell off. The event caused surprise and laughter among those in attendance, who then cheered him on with loud applause.
