The Dimensity 9300+ mobile processor offers higher clock speeds and is designed to accelerate on-device generation AI processing, providing broader support for large language models.

Inheriting an All-Big-Core design with TSMC’s third-generation 4nm manufacturing process, the Dimensity 9300+ features one Arm Cortex-X4 core operating at up to 3.4 GHz, along with three Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 core.
The Dimensity 9300+ also has superior AI performance compared to the previous generation thanks to MediaTek’s new NeuroPilot Speculative Decode Acceleration technology in the company’s latest generative AI engine.
The powerful AI engine APU 790 enables Dimensity 9300+ to not only support LLM with 1 billion, 7 billion and 13 billion parameters, with scalability up to 33 billion, but also run LLM quickly and efficiently .
With NeuroPilot Speculative Decode Acceleration, Dimensity 9300+ can run LLM with seven billion parameters at 22 tokens per second, more than twice the speed of popular mass-market solutions.
Dimensity 9300+ integrates a 2nd generation hardware raytracing engine with the Arm Immortalis-G720 GPU, giving gamers a fast raytracing experience at a smooth 60 FPS, along with console-grade global lighting effects.
The chip also leverages MediaTek’s latest HyperEngine technologies to take gaming to the next level. MediaTek Adaptive Gaming Technology (MAGT) increases energy efficiency when enabled in popular games, helping to extend battery life and keep the device cool.
Additionally, the processor integrates HyperEngine’s new Network Observation System (NOS) to improve dual WiFi/Cellular network consolidation and leverage accurate network prediction technology. When activated, MediaTek NOS will save up to 10% power and save up to 25% mobile data.
With MediaTek’s Imagiq 990 ISP providing 18-bit RAW processing, the Dimensity 9300+ allows users to capture incredible photos and videos, even in low-light environments.
The Imagiq 990 integrates an AI Semantic Analysis Video Engine to support advanced AI video recording features including 16 scene segmentation with real-time video recording for noise reduction, brightness and enhancement color.
In addition, Dimensity 9300+ integrates MediaTek’s MiraVision 990, which features advanced deep AI technologies to enhance smartphone content.
