Medvedev Unleashes Chilling Warning: US Intervention in Ukraine Could Spark Global Catastrophe Rivaling World War II
Medvedev Warns of World War III Amid Ukraine Conflict
Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Security Council and a close ally of President Vladimir Putin, has issued a stark warning to the United States regarding its involvement in the Ukraine conflict.
In a recent interview with Russian media outlet RT, Medvedev cautioned that continued US intervention in the conflict would lead to catastrophic consequences. “If the next American leader continues to add fuel to the fire between Russia and Ukraine, it will be a very bad choice because it will be a road to hell,” he stated.
Medvedev emphasized that such actions would “really open the way to World War III,” urging US presidential candidates, including former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, to acknowledge this reality.
Russia has been sending a nuclear warning message to the West, pushing for changes to its doctrine governing the conditions for using nuclear weapons. This move comes after Ukraine requested permission from the West to use long-range weapons to strike deep inside Russia.
Medvedev stressed that US officials are mistaken in their belief that Russia will not cross a certain line and defend itself with nuclear weapons. “They are wrong,” he asserted.
