Mid-range and high-priced apartments in Seoul sold well this year… 60% traded ‘600 million to 1.5 billion won’

According to the actual transaction price data of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, of the 9,781 apartments traded in Seoul during the four months between February and May when the special Bogeumjari Loan was sold, the number of apartment transactions exceeded 600 million. who won and less than 900 million was 2,927, which is 30% of the total occupied.

In addition, the number of transactions of apartments that are more than 900 million won and less than 1.5 billion won was 2,868, accounting for 29.3%, approaching 30%.

This is an increase of 2.7 percentage points and 4.6 percentage points compared to the 27.3% and 24.7%, respectively, of these volume-to-transaction ratios in the previous four months.

The government introduced the special Bogeumjari Loan in February this year and operates long-term loans at an annual interest rate of 4% for houses worth less than 900 million won up to 500 million won.
