Mike Santana Regains TNA World Championship On AMC⁢ Debut – Closing‍ out the debut⁢ episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC was a high-stakes TNA World Championship match, as ‍Frankie Kazarian defended the title against Mike Santana in a hard-fought main event.

The match began with Santana pressing the action early. He attempted to set up Spin The Block,but Kazarian avoided it and quickly scrambled⁢ back to his feet. Santana responded ⁣with a strong elbow strike and sent Kazarian to the floor. Santana followed with a dive over the ropes, taking the‍ champion down outside the ring. Moments later, Santana charged again, but Kazarian countered and⁢ sent him into the barricade, leaving both men down as the show⁢ headed to⁣ a commercial break.

After the break, Kazarian slowed the pace by⁢ dropping Santana⁣ with ‍a backstabber⁤ and scoring a close two-count.Kazarian continued‍ to jaw at Santana and slapped him repeatedly, but the strikes only fired Santana⁢ up.⁢ Santana fought back with chops in the ⁤corner, blocked a⁣ kick, and connected with a superkick. He followed with a Rolling Buck Fifty and nearly won ⁢the match, but Kazarian kicked out.

Santana kept the ⁤pressure on with a Spanish Fly ‍from ⁣the top rope and a Code Red, but the champion survived again. Kazarian regained control by countering a cannonball with raised knees and landing Angel’s Wings⁤ for another near fall. The match continued to swing back ⁣and forth with counters, roll-ups, and close calls.

The turning point came when Kazarian accidentally struck‍ the referee.with the official down, Santana hit Spin⁢ The Block, but could not get the‍ pin.kazarian then used the World Title belt as a weapon and ‍followed with Fade to ⁣Black on the apron. Despite the damage, Santana kicked out once the referee recovered.

In the closing moments, Santana rallied once more.After avoiding Kazarian’s attempt⁢ at⁢ Spin The Block, Santana connected with his own version of the move and covered Kazarian for the three-count, finally reclaiming the championship.
