Kochi: ‘Minnal Murali’ was released on Netflix at 1.30 pm on Friday. Social media posts and discussions show that as usual, some people who went to the telegram in search of fake prints got a big job. Within hours, the film reached the telegram as a fake version of Minnal Murali. But those who downloaded it lost internet data. Got old Malayalam movies too.

Most of the files circulated under the name Minnal Murali were fake. Many people who downloaded such files got Dileep’s flying saucer and Mammootty’s magic. Trolls are rampant on social media, including whether Basil Joseph himself uploaded such files in the name of Minnal Murali.
