It appears that a sharp battle over the truth is unfolding between Minoy and her agency, AOMG, regarding the controversy over Minoy’s advertisement shooting punk.

Last February, controversy arose over Minoy’s absence from filming an advertisement. At the time, the agency AOMG explained, “This happened because there was a difference in understanding of the authority to sign on behalf of the advertising contract between our company and the artist.” In response to this, Minoy posted his position on his personal SNS on the 4th. He said, “This advertisement matter “I did not receive any sharing of the contents of the contract, and they did not tell me when the contract was written,” he said, adding that he only found out that the contract had been written after checking that the advertising cost was included in the settlement statement. He also explained that his contract had a fake stamp that was not his own and that he had requested to modify the terms of the contract, but due to lack of coordination, he had conveyed to his agency that he could not film the commercial.

In relation to this, on the 6th, Dispatch reported the contents of the messenger conversation between the agency representative and Minoy and the contents of the messenger conversation related to the shooting of the advertisement. In August of last year, the agency’s representative and Minoy had a conversation about the advertisement, and the agency’s representative said, “It’s 200 million won for six months and we’ll organize it further and let you know.” Minoy also responded positively. Afterwards, in December of last year, she made a group chat with the company about the advertisement. It was also confirmed that a room was opened and Minoy was invited to the chat room to share various opinions.

AOMG explained that the fake stamp incident claimed by Minoy was a misunderstanding caused by an electronic contract. The fake seal that Minoy confirmed on the contract is an image of a seal from an electronic contract site, and is the method that has been used for a long time. In addition, the timing of notifying the inability to film commercials was also revealed.

In response to this, Minoy expressed his position while looking at the contents of the article through a live broadcast on SNS on the 6th. She said Minoy briefly acknowledged that she had heard about the Conception and Faye, but waited until he said she would compile the details and send them to her. She also explained that she had requested a contract from the company, but was unable to contact her, so she had no choice but to visit the company the day before filming the commercial to confirm the contract. Minoy said, “Compared to the cosmetics advertisement I filmed before, I thought there was a lot of content. In the past, even if filming was added, we had drawn up an attached agreement and discussed the cost for it, but I thought it contained a bit too much content, so I requested a revision.” explained. However, because a fake stamp was already placed, coordination was not possible and they expressed their intention not to film.

Regarding the controversy over her non-attendance on the day of the commercial filming, Minoy said, “The CEO called my sister that night and said, ‘You don’t have to film,’ so I told her that it was the company’s decision and not a no-show. I have never lied. That’s true.” emphasized.

As the differences between Minoy and her agency’s positions have been revealed, rumors have emerged that Minoy and AOMG’s contract will be terminated, drawing attention. Minoy signed an exclusive contract with AOMG in November last year.
