According to the expert, the ban on changing the place of residence for those liable for military service really exists and is valid during martial law. It is provided for by the Rules for the military registration of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists. This information can be found in Appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1487 of December 30, 2022.

“If you plan to change your place of residence to another city (district in the city), you must first come to the TCC and SP and obtain permission from the head (head) of the relevant TCC and SP to deregister from the military,” he explained.

But there are also some exceptions to these rules. The lawyer noted that it is allowed to change the place of residence online. To do this, you must submit a Declaration of Residence / register online. In this case, there is an obligation to register with the TCC and the joint venture at the declared place of residence.

The procedure for military registration in Ukraine is regulated by Decree No. 1487 adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers. Recall what fines can be received by employers who violate the rules for accounting for military service.
