Model and broadcaster Han Hye-jin complained of pain, saying there were unauthorized people visiting her villa in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do.

On the 28th, Han Hye-jin posted a photo of a car that came to her villa on Instagram and said, “Don’t hesitate. “Don’t come and visit me,” he said.

Then he said, “Even the (vehicle) license plate is being recorded on CCTV here.” He added, “Please do me a favor. “It’s scary,” he added.

Han Hye-jin also revealed the damage to her personal life through a YouTube channel last January. At the time, he said, “The villa is increasingly exposed to the screen, so at some point we’ll have to build a wall,” and “I was alone at home when a middle-aged couple were drinking tea and taking pictures in the fire pit they had designed out of concrete in the yard.”

“He said he came to see me after watching YouTube and TV,” she said, “I’m sorry, but it’s private property, so I politely asked him to leave, and he went down into the valley.”

This is not the first time a famous broadcaster has suffered trespass damage after revealing his living space on air.

Previously, singers Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang-soon decided to move to their home in Jeju Island after it was revealed through JTBC’s ‘Hyori’s Bed and Breakfast’ in 2017 and people started visiting frequently. JTBC bought the land in 2018 to protect performers as privacy damages continue, and sold it to the public in 2021.

On the other hand, entering another person’s home without permission is considered trespassing. According to Article 319 of the Criminal Act, anyone who trespasses into a person’s home, controlled building, ship or aircraft, or occupied room is subject to imprisonment for up to three years or a fine not exceeding 5 million .
