Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer Modon has awarded‍ Trojan Construction a contract valued at AED 1 billion (approximately $272.25 million⁢ USD as of December⁢ 11, 2023) to execute the Maysan project​ on Al Reem Island.This significant investment underscores Modon’s ⁤commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality residential communities‌ within the emirate.
