Album Release and Artistic Direction

The 2026 tour serves as support for the group’s new 10-track project, Unfold, which was released on Friday, April 3, 2026. The album features the focus track heal alongside singles growing pains and baby blue.

According to reporting from Billboard and Live Nation, Unfold explores themes of growth and healing while confronting emotional challenges through its narrative. The project marks the group’s first U.S. Release in over four years and utilizes a blend of ballads and pop music.

With the release of Unfold, Monsta X becomes the first K-pop group to release three full-length English albums.

Tour Context and Group Status

This world tour is the group’s first large-scale outing since the 2022 NO LIMIT tour. The 2026 circuit began earlier this year with three performance nights at the KSPO DOME in Seoul in January 2026.

The current tour lineup features five members of the group. The youngest member, I.M, enlisted for mandatory military service in February 2026. The other five members—Shownu, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and Minhyuk—have completed their individual military enlistments in the South Korean army.

The title of the tour, [THE X : NEXUS], is intended to signify a deeper sense of unity and a new chapter for the group.

The title [THE X : NEXUS] reflects a bond that goes beyond the long-standing connection between MONSTA X and MONBEBE, their official fanbase, signaling a deeper sense of unity and a new chapter forward built on more than a decade of shared growth.
