“It happened so fast,” recounted Ramirez, visibly shaken. “I was setting up my stall across the street when I saw two motorcycles speeding down Boulevard Ciudades Hermanas. One was close behind the other, and then suddenly there were gunshots. It sounded like a warzone.”
