Mumbai Indians set a huge target of 235 runs ahead of Delhi Capitals with the good performance of the batsmen. A good start from openers Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan laid the foundation for the Mumbai batting. Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant won the toss and sent Mumbai into bat.
Rohit Sharma scored 49 runs off 27 balls including 3 sixes and 6 fours. Axar Patal gave Delhi the first break when Rohit was dismissed shortly after his half-century.
