Musical Inspiration
The program incorporates four distinct art performances, each intended to help children visualize and depict scenes from their lives, including their hometowns, families, and dreams. Familiar melodies aim to resonate with children,stirring up sweet feelings and warm memories that translate into colorful depictions of their surroundings.
One featured song, “Children’s field,” composed by Lu Nhat Vu and performed by child singer Thien Kim, evokes peaceful childhood memories and the refreshing beauty of nature. Another song, “Mother is Hometown,” is described as a warm recollection of a happy home, portraying a mother figure in the kitchen, gazing at flowers blooming in the garden.

The program’s blend of music and art has inspired many children to create artwork based on their emotional responses to the songs. Lucian Tu, from dongai, shared his experience after listening to “Children’s Field.” “I listened to the song ‘Children’s fields’ and drew the shaded blue trees,” Lucian saeid. “I wanted to express the joy and purity of childhood. The picture added sunshine like the dreams of our children.”
Eung-han, from Beanp billion, expressed excitement about creating a painting inspired by the song “Mother is my hometown,” composed by Nguyen Chuok Viet. “I will draw a mother standing next to the fire surrounded by flowers and green vegetables,” Eung-han said. “And I also added a picture of my mother’s cooking.”
Baoni, from Ho Chi Minh City, shared her inspiration after listening to the song “my Father and Mother,” composed by Van Louon. “My father was pleading and molting, and my mother was taking care of the vegetable field,” Baoni said. “This was a gorgeous moment you wanted to put in yoru work. You feel your parents’ hard work and love.”

Hosted by MCs Tao Ni and Queen, ‘Musical Picture’ aims to help viewers discover and appreciate familiar melodies while encouraging children to cherish and love the emotions around them. The program seeks to be a source of motivation for children to create vibrant and meaningful artwork.
