There is a lot of stimulation while walking the dog. You may even come across creatures that you would never come across. This time we’d like to introduce you to a husky dog that came face to face with a crayfish on the roadside. The image of a crayfish completely unaware of the crayfish taking a fighting stance has become a hot topic on Twitter. We asked the owner for more details.

“A husky dog that doesn’t notice even though it’s being extremely threatened”

The photo with such a comment shows a Siberian Husky. He seems to be looking into the distance with a calm expression…

If you look closely, you can see a small creature threatening the husky at its feet. Inside the red speech bubble is an enlarged photo of a crayfish! It is in a fighting stance with both scissors brandished.

The crayfish is trying to take on the challenge with all its might, making the most of its small body, but the husky is oblivious. I haven’t noticed it at all.

When a photo of this scene was posted on X, it received 45,000 likes. Replies include, “Please at least take a look,” “I’ll look back at you someday!”, “It’s a sight that makes you say something like that”, “Many huskies are calm, unlike their sturdy appearance”, and “It’s overwhelming. Various comments have been received, such as “There is a huge difference in strength…”

Sakura-chan didn’t seem interested when I told her about the existence of crayfish.

The person who came across the crayfish was Sakura, a 3-year-old Siberian husky. On the day the photo was taken, he decided to go for a walk after the rain and headed for a hiking trail that he often takes. It is a cool place with a small dam right next to it and a stream flowing into it.

The crayfish seemed to suddenly appear, either because they were crossing the dam and stream to get around, or because they came out of the stream after the rain.

By the way, Sakura-chan’s owner said that she didn’t notice crayfish so much that she later taught him about them, but she said, “She didn’t seem to be particularly interested.” It seems like he continued to pretend he didn’t know anything like the photo.

Sakura’s favorite creatures are chickens and deer.

“I love it, or rather, I get really excited when I see it. Cows don’t seem to have much of a reaction. Maybe it’s because of their food preferences?”

Sakura-chan works at her own pace. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of creatures I’ll encounter on my next walk.
