This includes the final acquisition of three handysize ethylene carriers and the expansion of its ethylene export terminal.
The company, known as the owner and operator of the world’s largest fleet of handysize liquefied gas carriers, finalized the acquisition to bolster its export capacity. This move complements the increased capabilities of its Export Terminal Joint Venture.

New Vessels Join the Fleet
Following the delivery of the first vessel,renamed Navigator Hyperion on February 19,2025,the remaining two vessels have now been delivered. The Navigator Titan and Navigator Vesta were delivered on February 24, 2025, and March 17, 2025, respectively.
Each of these vessels boasts a 17,000 cubic meter capacity,specifically designed for transporting liquefied ethylene gas. The Navigator Hyperion is currently under charter, while the Navigator Titan and Navigator Vesta are anticipated to soon enter the spot market.
