On the 16th, Sankei Digital announced “Telebit”, developed by Korean game studio Ikina Games, as a new publishing title for the Hyperreal games label.
“Telebit” is an action platform game set in a polluted near-future Earth where you control a rabbit with teleportation abilities to escape from an underground laboratory. Eight underground worlds were created through pixel art.
This work is based on the story of a rabbit’s revenge against humanity. An accident occurs where a high-performance CPU is implanted in the head of one of the test subjects, a rabbit, and the plot develops as the story unfolds, and the story develops as the character becomes very intelligent and swears revenge on humans. who harassed him.
It is a fast-paced platform game that uses teleporters and is designed to be easy to learn but difficult to master, requiring patience and effort. You can also challenge time attack through speed run mode.
The company plans to release this work via Steam, PlayStation (PS) 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch within the year. Before that, we plan to participate in exhibitions in Korea and Japan and release a demo version.
First, we will participate in “Tokyo Game Dungeon 5” which will be held at Hamamatsucho Hall of Tokyo Industrial and Commercial Center in Japan on the 4th of next month. At the Hyperreal booth, in addition to “Telebit”, you can try “Saeko: Giants Dating Sim” and “Sky the Scraper”, and products will also be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The company will also unveil a demo of this work at ‘PlayX4’ which will be held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Korea from the 23rd to the 26th of next month.
