Group NewJeans (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein) has taken the top spot on the Idol Chart Acha Ranking for the 4th week of August.
According to Idol Chart, NewJeans secured the number one spot with a total score of 8,837 points, including 1,849 points in music scores, 5,755 points in YouTube scores, and 1,233 points in social scores.
Aespa followed closely in second place with a total score of 7,973 points. Other groups that made it to the top 10 include DAY6 (4,742 points), (G)I-dle (4,625 points), Ive (3,270 points), Lim Young-woong (3,098 points), QWER (3,006 points), Seraphim (2,897 points), Lee Moo-jin (2,712 points), and Ailitt (2,668 points).
NewJeans’ Japanese debut single title song “Supernatural” also ranked 100th and 192nd on Billboard’s latest chart (dated September 7) for 10 consecutive weeks, in the “Global (excluding US)” and “Global 200” categories, respectively.
The double single “How Sweet” and the title song of the same name, released in May, ranked 120th on the “Global (Excluding the US)” chart, maintaining the ranking for 14 consecutive weeks. The song recently surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, confirming its global popularity.
