Dr. Cholanan Srikaew was born on June 4, 1961 at Lai Nan Sub-district, Wiang Sa District, Nan Province, is the son of Mr. Jai Srikaew and Mrs. Mai Srikaew. Appointed as Deputy Minister of Public Health in the government of Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra[2] (Yingluck Cabinet 3) on October 27, 2012, until it was graciously pleased to be discharged from the ministerial position in June 2013
