I’ve come across an image of what appears to be a DVT sample of the iPhone 15 Pro USB-C cable. It features a sleek all-black design and includes black SR (Strain Relief) plastic tubes. This design diverges from Apple’s current woven cable with USB-C, except for the one used in the Mac Pro.

While only an all-black sample has surfaced, it seems that the remaining color options may feature a glossier plastic construction, deviating from the Magnetic Charging Cable and MagSafe 3 previously used for the Apple Watch.
It is speculated that the main colors for the iPhone 15 series could include white, black, yellow, purple, and orange. These shades of orange are expected to resemble the popular coral color scheme of the iPhone XR.
Earlier rumors in February suggested that the iPhone 15 may also be available in pink, blue, and red. However, it remains uncertain whether these will be introduced as new colors for the models.
In a significant move, Apple is gradually transitioning to braided cables for most of its devices. This includes the incorporation of color-matched braided cables with MagSafe 3 for the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. Therefore, it is highly probable that an accompanying braided USB-C cable will be featured in the iPhone 15 series as well.

It’s not clear where this rumor came from, but Prototype Collector like Kosutami has posted a preview of the DVT strap design as well, but it’s an all black version. and still not colorful

But aside from the all-black sample, the rest of the colors appear to be made of glossier plastic, unlike the Magnetic Charging Cable and MagSafe 3 that Apple used to use with the Apple Watch.
And at least white, black, yellow, purple and orange might be the main colors we’re likely to see, or there might be other colors, but shades of orange close to orange. Like the coral color scheme of the iPhone XR.
