Mani Ratnam’s epic film ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ has caught the attention of the entire country. It was announced that the second part of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ would be released on April 28. Every update of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is well received. Now the new song of the second part of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ has been released.
Mani Ratnam’s new song ‘Veera Raja Veera’ from ‘Ponniyin Selvani’ has been released. Shankar Mahadevan, KS Chitra and Harini have sung the new song from the second part of the movie ‘Ponniyin Selvan’. A song sung by Shaktisree Gopalan for the film was released recently. The song ‘Aga Naga’ was released in the film and became a hit.
Jayam Ravi, Jayaram, Karthi, Rahman, Prabhu, Sarath Kumar, Prakash Raj, Lal, Vikram Prabhu, Parthipan, Babu Antony, Ashwin Kakumanu, Riyaz Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sobhita Dulipala, Jayachitra and other actors in ‘Ponniyin Selvani’. The streaming rights of the film were reported to have been sold for 125 crores. Streaming of the movie is owned by Amazon Prime Video. Apart from Tamil, the film was also released in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages.
Thota Dharani and Wasim Khan have done the art direction of the film. Edited by Sreekar Prasad. Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is based on Kalki Krishnamurthy’s epic novel of the same name. Executive choreography is by Shyam Kaushal. Dance director Brinda and sound designer by Anand Krishnamurthy. AR Rahman is the music director of the film.
