Roma snatches a fatal draw against Fiorentina in Calcio
League Plus – Roma snatched a fatal draw from its counterpart Fiorentina, with a score of 2-2, during the match that brought together the two teams on Sunday evening at the Artemio Franchi Stadium, the stronghold of the Viola, in the twenty-eighth round of the Italian League championship.
The 18th minute witnessed the scoring of the first goal in the match between Fiorentina and Roma, by Viola star Luca Ranieri, ending the first half 1-0.
In the 58th minute, Houssem Aouar, the Algerian star, equalized for Roma, before Rolando Mandragora scored the second goal for Fiorentina in the 69th minute.
Fiorentina player Cristiano Biraghi missed a penalty kick in the 80th minute.
Roma club punished him through player Diego Llorente, who achieved the fatal equalizer in the 90+5 minute, so the match ended in a positive draw with two goals for each team.

With this result, Fiorentina raised its score to 43 points in eighth place in the Italian League table, while Roma raised its score to 48 points in fifth place in the ranking table.
