NH Nonghyup Bank and National Park Service signed an ESG management cooperation business agreement

NH Nonghyup Bank signed a ‘business agreement for mutual cooperation in ESG management’ with the National Park Service on the 7th.

With this agreement, Nonghyup Bank and the National Park Service will cooperate with ESG management for carbon neutrality, financial support to create social value, and support projects for the socially vulnerable by utilizing the resources, information, and networks owned by both institutions. will be promoted

In particular, Nonghyup Bank encourages national park volunteer activities to preserve and maintain the national park ecosystem and is preparing ESG-specialized reception products to revitalize national park visits. We plan to sponsor the ‘Wedding Wedding in the Forest of the National Park’.

Kwon Jun-hak, president of the bank, said, “We are promoting various ESG projects with a sense of mission that ‘Nonghyup is ESG’. I am sure that it will contribute to accelerate the realization of carbon neutrality in Korea.”

Meanwhile, Nonghyup Bank is promoting various policies such as declaring coal-free finance, joining global initiatives, providing financial support to companies with excellent ESG management, and expanding investment in new and renewable energy to expand ESG management and realize ‘2050 carbon neutrality’.
