Cannon mentioned, “I still don’t understand it all the way, but I kind of always wanted to get tested.” He has been previously diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia and recognized himself as neurodivergent. He is now learning to accept and use this new diagnosis as a tool for personal growth.
On November 8, Cannon revealed his diagnosis on the Counsel Culture podcast. He explained that he is taking power away from the term “narcissism” by understanding it better. He expressed a strong commitment to mental health and therapy.
In addition to his focus on mental health, Cannon balances a busy family life as a father of 12 children. He shared his Thanksgiving plans, which involved visiting multiple homes to celebrate with his kids, enjoying treats like sweet potato pie and fried turkey. He concluded the day feeling full and grateful.
Looking ahead, Cannon plans to take his children to snowy places in December, including Aspen and Big Bear. He stated, “All the kids want to go to the snow, so we’re making it happen.”
