Initial sales figures for the Nintendo Switch 2 dwarf those of its competitors. The PlayStation 5 shipped 4.5 million units in its first seven weeks, while the PlayStation 4 sold 2.1 million in just over two weeks. The original Nintendo Switch sold 2.74 million in its first month.
