Northern Graphite Appoints DGWA to Expand Investor Relations in Europe

Northern Graphite Corporation announced that its German subsidiary, Northern Graphite Battery Materials GmbH, has hired the Frankfurt-based Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapieranalyse GmbH to expand its investor relations and communications presence in Europe, EQS News reported. The non-exclusive agreement began on September 1, 2026, for an initial three-month term before transitioning to a monthly renewal basis.

Expanding European Capital Market Operations

The mandate tasks DGWA with boosting Northern’s visibility among European strategic investors, institutional funds, family offices, and industrial representatives. The firm will focus on positioning the Canadian mining company within the German-speaking region among political decision-makers and potential offtake partners. Northern Graphite Chief Executive Officer Hugues Jacquemin stated that the partnership aims to build transparent, independent supply chains for critical minerals across the European automotive market.

DGWA Chief Executive Officer Stefan Müller said the advisory firm will introduce Northern Graphite to potential European partners as an established producer capable of supplying sustainable graphite outside traditional supply monopolies. The agreement remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Northern Graphite Pays DGWA Retainers and Success Fees

Under the terms of the agreement, Northern Graphite Battery Materials GmbH pays DGWA a monthly retainer of 5,000 euros plus applicable value-added tax. The contract also provides for success-based compensation tied directly to transactions initiated and completed by the firm. This includes an 8 percent fee on gross proceeds from qualifying equity financings up to a total cap of 1 million euros, with monthly retainers credited against that total. DGWA can also earn a 2 percent fee on funds actually received from qualifying debt financings, royalties, or offtake agreements. No securities will be issued to DGWA under the arrangement, and neither DGWA nor its executives currently hold direct or indirect securities in the company.

Global Assets and Production Strategy

Northern Graphite owns and operates the Lac-des-Iles flake graphite mine in Québec and holds development assets including the Bissett Creek project in Ontario and the Okanjande graphite mine in Namibia, which is currently on care and maintenance. The company operates a battery materials laboratory in Frankfurt to support its mine-to-battery strategy for electric vehicle anode materials and fuel cells.
