Notion’s AI editing feature is officially open to all users – Engadget 中文版

An idea

In November last year, the Notion Note app began testing AI-generated content suggestions, but there was no official launch schedule at the time. Unexpectedly, Notion suddenly announced today that the eponymous Notion AI is officially open to all users, including free users.

According to official data, more than 2 million users have registered to try this Notion AI. After 10 weeks of public testing, it was found that users did not let AI generate articles from scratch as expected, but let AI help improve content, including grammar, expanding and simplifying sentences, etc., the purpose is like adding an AI editor.

After synthesizing the opinions of the alpha test, Notion AI was redesigned in a conversational direction step by step, mainly by constantly asking users about their satisfaction with the customized content. Notion says their AI is useful when writing new content, but it can also synthesize long documents, extract key points from jumbled notes, improve writing quality, and more.

Users can get 20 AI query trials for free before April 5, and then there will be a monthly subscription of $10, with a 20% discount on the annual fee. Existing Notion Plus, Business, and Enterprise subscribers can pick it up for an additional $10 per month.
