An officer will contact you for a preliminary assessment within 6 hours. (If you have not been contacted within 6 hours, please call NHSO hotline 1330 again. The staff will follow up.)

Guidelines while in the “Home Isolation” system
• Wear a mask at all times, even if you are alone. or if you are not alone
