Today marks the anniversary of the passing of the artist Zizi Mustafa, who died on February 13, 2008 after a heart attack, leaving behind an artistic legacy approaching 200 works in cinema, drama, theater and radio, including 44 cinematic films and more than 150 series, evening shows, television and radio plays.

Zizi Mustafa was born on June 2, 1943. She obtained a diploma in embroidery arts, then director Salah Abu Seif chose her when she was fourteen years old to participate in the film Between Heaven and Earth. She then presented the teenage film, in which she co-starred with the artist Magda, before director Hussein Kamal chose her. For starring in the movie El Boustaji, which was the launch of her true heroism in the world of art, opposite Shukri Sarhan and Salah Mansour.
