Zizi Mustafa was born on June 2, 1943. She obtained a diploma in embroidery arts, then director Salah Abu Seif chose her when she was fourteen years old to participate in the film Between Heaven and Earth. She then presented the teenage film, in which she co-starred with the artist Magda, before director Hussein Kamal chose her.
