Abu Dhabi: For the third day in a row, 19 cases of Kovid have crossed the 1,000 daily mark in the UAE. In the last 24 hours, 1179 people have been infected with Kovid and 981 have recovered, according to the Ministry of Health and Immunization.
No deaths were reported. After February 14, the number of patients crossed 9,000 per day on the 9th of this month. The rate, which had earlier fallen below 100, was rapidly rising.
Total Kovid patients in the country: 9,16,247. Total number of survivors: 8,98,305. Total death toll: 2305. Treatment: 15,637. Officials said the patients were from different countries and were being treated well.
164.3 million RTPCR tests
In the last 24 hours, 2,53,991 people were tested for RTPCR in the country, bringing the total to 164.3, according to the Ministry of Health and Immunization. At the same time, in cases where Kovid cases are on the rise again, one should wear a mask and keep physical distance when going in crowds. The authorities also said that Kovid should follow the guidelines given by health experts regarding safety standards.
