Al-Nasr achieved victory over Al-Akhdood by three goals to two, in the match that was held in the 31st round of the Saudi Roshan League competitions.
Journalist Ali Al-Marshoud said during statements on the SSC channel: “The Roshen League is spent on billions, and it is shameful to see such footage in the presence of the mouse. The arena’s referee does not refer to that technique, even though it is crystal clear.”
He added: “Let us assume that this penalty kick would have determined Al-Nasr’s position in competing with Al-Hilal for the league title if the point difference had been one or two points.”
Ali Al-Marshoud:
It is possible that due to the rain, the VAR or one of the “chip breakers” broke down!!
There is no explanation for not awarding a penalty kick for Al-Nasr!! #bad_18 | #SSC pic.twitter.com/z7PuOg9v7s

He continued: “I expect that the VAR referee did not call the arena referee because it was disrupted due to the rain, or someone disconnected his chip. The matter has no explanation, and the problem is that next week you will find the arena referee Al-Balawi and the VAR referee present in the matches normally.”
The SSC refereeing analyst, Fahd Al-Mirdassi, had confirmed that the ball deserved a penalty kick for Al-Nasr Club, and a red card for Al-Akhdood Club defender.
