Teh Oregon Ducks have secured a commitment from three-star quarterback Bryson Beaver, a rising prospect in the 2026 class. The commitment addresses Oregon’s need for a quarterback recruit after several near misses.
Beaver, a 6-foot-3 recruit from Murrieta, CA, initially committed to Boise State on April 19. Though, interest from major programs, including Alabama, Ole Miss, and oregon, led him to reopen his recruitment on June 12. He later visited Alabama and Ole Miss, and received offers from Auburn and LSU after a strong showing at the Elite 11 Finals.
His commitment to Oregon, a key quarterback recruit, followed an official visit. This capped a swift, 13-day re-recruitment process for the talented quarterback prospect.
Beaver expressed his gratitude on social media, saying, “The last few weeks have been a blessing-I’ve had some great conversations with amazing coaches from top programs, and I’m super thankful for the interest I’ve received.”
Beaver is the 10th commitment to Oregon’s incoming recruiting class. his pledge concludes the program’s search for a 2026 quarterback after Jonas williams flipped to USC in february.
Oregon was a finalist for Jared Curtis, the No. 1 quarterback prospect, who committed to Georgia on May 5. the Ducks also finished second for Ryder Lyons, who chose BYU.
