According to the fire department, after 7:30 pm on the 24th, there was a report that “two people were bleeding on the street” at 5-chome, Minata, Izumi City, Osaka. According to investigative sources, when the police rushed to the scene, it appears that someone had a knife and tried to cut another resident, so they opened fire.
Four people were injured at the scene and taken to hospital, at least two of them are conscious, but the details of the other two are unknown.
