[마이데일리 = 곽명동 기자]While Hollywood actor John Cena (46) appeared on the Academy stage naked, a backstage photo of him covering his important parts was revealed.
He attracted attention by appearing as a costume award presenter without any clothes on at the 96th Academy Awards held on the 10th (local time). This is a parody of the incident in the 1947 film ‘The Sting’ in which a naked man invaded Elizabeth Taylor as she was about to receive her award.

According to foreign media such as the entertainment media People on the 11th, the Academy Committee took several preventive measures to prevent a dramatic accident.
Backstage, John Cena wore a pair of underwear that covered both the front and the back to cover his most private parts. It was a situation where he could be exposed at any time, but the Oscar costume team made sure that did not happen.
John Cena holds the record for being the American professional wrestling WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) world champion 16 times. He is well-known in Korea as well, having appeared in the movies ‘Fast and Furious’ series, ‘The Suicide Squad’ and the recently released ‘Argyle’.
