Freelancers contributed significantly, ⁤adding $400 million to the ICT exports. The survey emphasized that Pakistan’s tech-savvy youth are positioning the nation ⁢as a regional‍ hub⁣ for digital⁣ services, tech entrepreneurship, and⁣ high-value software ⁣exports.

Substantial ⁤progress has ⁢been made in developing Pakistan’s IT human capital and industry‍ capacity during the fiscal year.

training‍ initiatives have equipped 6,400 ⁢professionals with advanced technologies, and⁤ certification is underway for an additional 3,400 individuals. Moreover, over 2,700 interns were placed in IT firms, achieving a 70% ‍retention rate. Thousands more received training through soft skills and technical boot camps.
